Ranks & leveling system
Ranks measure raw strength on each exercise. Profile levels measure how relentlessly you show up. Climb both and your profile turns into a character sheet worth sharing.

Every set becomes an estimated one-rep max — the weight you lifted grown by your reps (capped at 15) — then given a small bonus per set, multiplied by the exercise difficulty, divided by your body weight and adjusted for sex and age. Difficulty runs from 0.8× on the heaviest machines up to 12.0× on small-muscle isolation work, and dumbbell weights count exactly as you enter them, per hand. Pull-ups and dips count your body weight plus any added plates; assisted machines subtract the assistance. Runs are scored from distance and pace. Each exercise keeps its own badge at the highest rank you have ever logged — and the result stays a surprise until the set is in the book.
XP comes from consistency, not just heavy days. The curve steepens as you climb, so the last ranks of the ladder are earned over seasons, not weekends.
